Please read below to understand how our Refer a Friend program works and the Terms and Conditions for participating in the scheme.

 

1. How The Program Works

1.1. As a customer we would love you to tell your ski friends, who haven’t ever been on a Snoworks course, to give us a try using our Refer-A-Friend campaign. We will offer your friend a “welcome” discount of £50 off their first Snoworks ski course booking. When they book, we will then offer you a £50 discount off your next Snoworks ski course booking as a “thank you”. 

Please Note: 

1.2. This referral offer can only be generated by using your personal link in the campaign signup form. So telling friends via word of mouth will not provide access to these discount codes/rewards.

 

1.3. Also, this referral is only applicable to future bookings. It can not be used on a ski course if you have already; paid a deposit, or paid a full balance, or skied on the course.

 

2. A Completed Referral Is:

The person invited (Referee) must use the shared link sent by the person who is offering the referral (Referrer) to access the referee’s “welcome” discount code. When the person invited (Referee) books onto a Snoworks course using their code it will count as a Completed Referral. Only at this point will the referrer receive their “thank you” credit of £50 into their referrals account. The discount is only applicable when the shared personal link is used by the Referee.

 

3. Issuing Of Discount Codes

3.1. The person doing the referring (Referrer) can invite as many friends as they like. They will receive a £50 “thank you” discount code every time a Referral Completes. Each time a referral is complete, the Referrer will receive an email informing them that a £50 credit has been added to their referrals account. 

 

3.2. When the Referrer is ready to book their next course and would like to use their “thank you” credits, they will need to email or call Linda in the office. Linda will need to know which course the Referee will be booking onto and she will then create a personalised discount code.

 

3.3. The person invited (Referee) can only ever use one “welcome” discount code, after this point they will no longer be a first-time customer. Their discount code is valid for 12 months from the date of the code being issued.

 

3.4. The person invited (Referee), must be new to Snoworks. If a “welcome” discount code is used and we find the person has previously skied on a Snoworks course, we will remove the discount code from the new booking and the £50 will be added to the outstanding balance. The Referrer will also have their £50 “thank you” discount removed.

 

4. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Snoworks Ltd’s Privacy Policy, available here. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Snoworks Ltd shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information. This may include receiving our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

5. General 

5.1. These Referral Terms are published by Snoworks Ltd (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program as displayed on our website snoworks.co.uk and these Terms form a binding agreement for both the Referring User (the person doing the referring i.e. the Referrer (“you” or “your(s)”) and the person who receives our referral invitation from you (i.e. the Referee).

 

5.2. You, the Referrer, must already be a Snoworks customer (have had a previously completed Snoworks course).

 

5.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Program.

 

6. Completed Referrals 

6.1. A Completed Referral is when a Referring User refers this Program to one of their contacts. Subsequently, that contact, the Referee, will book onto a ski course using their discount code. 

 

6.2. All referred people must be first-time Snoworks customers. Existing Customers cannot participate in and benefit from the Referral Program as a referred person. We have the right to cancel the booking if the referred person has previously been on a Snoworks course and has used the code inappropriately.

 

6.3. You agree all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards. 

 

7. Restrictions

7.1. This Program cannot be combined with other Snoworks Ltd’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Referral Program, we may restrict you from using other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers codes for the same course booking.

 

7.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

 

7.3. You must not publish our Referral Program to the general public on any websites, platforms or forums.  

 

7.4. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.

 

7.5. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

 

8. Terms and Termination

We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, you will have 12 months from the date of issue for your discount codes to be redeemed. 

 

9. Exclusive Relationship

9.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us. 

 

9.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorised to legally bind our company. 

 

9.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.

 

9.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself as an agent or intermediary of our company.

 

10. Privacy and Information

10.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website. 

 

10.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

 

11. Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree to the fact we amend our terms and conditions without informing you. 

 

12. Violations and Termination

12.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may at our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

 

12.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. (Does that mean staff can’t use it?)

 

12.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

 

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification

13.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program at our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors. 

 

13.2. Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.

 

13.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold Snoworks Ltd harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.

 

14. Disputes And Refunds

We shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Referral Program, and the above-mentioned benefits. are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits. 

 

15. Applicable Law

The law of our residence shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
